Comment:

 The search results don't include very old plugins and uses different
 measures to have relevant search results.

 In order to have filters like this, the plugin search API on WordPress.org
 would need to be improved. For this I recommend creating a ticket on
 https://meta.trac.wordpress.org. But I don't think this is really going to
 happen.
