 I found two websites which were blocked because of Fatal error
 (insufficient memory), I heard that some people bought higher price plan
 to increase `memory_limit` and many other websites are really slow (and
 `wp_options` table is huge). This should landed a week ago :-(

 BTW: Why are some websites affected and some not?
