 French spell checker does not recognise the character 'œ', and does a word
 break.

 Steps to reproduce

 1) Create a new blog entry.
 2) Type the following text:
 3) "est aussi une manœuvre de troll"
 4) Run the spell checker.

 Expected result

 une manœuvre is accepted as correct.

 Actual result

 The spell checker complains because it does not understand 'une man'
