 `_default_wp_die_handler()` prints out a style element in the head section
 of the document, the CSS rules there should be updated to be consistent
 with recent changes, e.g. buttons style. Also, links should be underlined:
 they're barely noticeable and hard to distinguish for color blind or low
 vision users.
