 I've noticed several minor visual issues with the Activity dashboard
 widget:

 * The border below activity blocks (like Publishing Soon and Recently
 Published) does not take the full width available;
 * The border above the comment status navigation does not take the full
 width available;
 * The padding below the comment status navigation is larger than the
 padding above it.

 I believe these are related to the latest changes that were made in
 #33558.
