 Just noticed that `You are not allowed to stick this post.` sounds weird.
 In the admin, core uses `Make this post sticky`.

 `You are not allowed to stick this post.` (and similar) should probably be
 changed to `You are not allowed to make this post sticky.`.

 ?

 Unifying these error messages seems like a good thing to me.
