 I added the patch 12684 that added an edit btn for bulk actions for
 categories.  I added some categories at 3 levels of parenthood.  All
 looked well.  I then added this patch to show default category.  It showed
 the default but then did not list the child categories I added previously.
 I'm not sure why.
