Old description:

 Just note that globals need a small description according to the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/inline-
 documentation-standards/php/#1-functions-class-methods inline
 documentation standards].

 That being said, I think the whole class could benefit from improved
 documentation.
