 HI There,

 I have the latest WP 4.3.1. On it, I have cost-calculator plugin in my
 site and I am facing similar issue with äö characters than in ticket :
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31566  ( in Thunderbird and
 Roundcube emails)

 I didn't quite understood how to solve this problem. What should I now do
 to fix this problem?. my client have one of those emails systems that get
 bad messages from their site.

 The plugin provider says they have not use anything special apart from
 built it WP api.
 Plugin provider mentioned that this issue was suppose to be fixed from WP
 4.2+/

 Any help would be nice.
