 The title and description shouldn't be clickable, the placeholder and
 button should be. In terms of accessibility, I'd imagine only the button
 should be actionable, with the title, description, and current/no image
 being read out.

 That being said, while we should avoid introducing further accessibility
 issues, I'm not thrilled about the idea of holding up this fairly
 straightforward improvement to do a major accessibility revamp of these
 controls. That should probably happen in a different ticket.
