 Since [34690], attachments now have pretty permalinks too.

 This increases the chances of clashing with post slugs, see #24612 and
 comment:8:ticket:24612.

 We should make sure that attachments and posts cannot have duplicate slugs
 if `/%postname%/` structure is used.
