Comment:

 Wondering what should be done about the Network Admin screens, as far as I
 see the "mode" switcher is used on `/network/sites.php` and
 `/network/users.php` and switching views does very little. In the Sites
 screen, the excerpt view adds the site name and tagline, in the Users one
 it adds just the registered time?
