 Pursuant to that, we should probably have a note under 'generate new
 password' that says 'Generate a new password for USER. This will email
 them an alert that their password has been changed.' I mean if we're doing
 this everywhere else, it would be good there as well, no?

 (nb: No you can't send yourself a password reset link from the admin
 panel, that's just silly.)
