 First impressions on [attachment:34281.diff]:

 * Seems weird to display the notice inline like that, I'd expect some
 other kind of feedback, or a page refresh with the notice at the top
 * Something doesn't feel great about the button text + the setting title +
 the description text. Maybe "Reset Password" for the button, with
 description text "The user will be emailed a password reset link.", but
 then the setting title is redundant. Hmm.
