 Please at least add a proper opt-out toggle via constant (suggestions:
 WP_PRIVACY, WP_NO_EXTERNAL_DEPENDENCIES, WP_PARANOIA). The current way of
 using a translator variable seems like a very dirty workaround.

 That should also lead to a bunch of CDN-served scripts not being queued
 (script-loader.php). And possibly disable Gravatar (no idea where and how
 you'd disable that).

 This is mainly useful for users behind firewalls or on Tor Hidden
 Services.
