 Currently the default tab on the "Add Plugins" page is 'Featured'. Not a
 single one of of these featured plugins have been changed/removed in the
 last year, which to me makes it feel very static and boring.

 I would suggest eliminating this tab all together if there's no future
 plans to rotate these plugins.

 Also, as pointed out on [http://wptavern.com/you-can-now-search-for-and-
 install-plugins-from-within-jetpack-manage WPTavern], it would be nice to
 have the additional of a 'New' tab to aid with discovery. Then the default
 tab could either by 'Popular' or a newly introduced 'New' tab.
