 When deciding on suggesting pretty permalinks on the permalinks settings
 page, the function got_url_rewrite() is used, which checks the function
 iis7_supports_permalinks(). In this function, only the Microsoft URL
 Rewrite module is checked. A check for Helicons Ape
 (www.helicontech.com/ape/) should be included here as well since it
 supports full mod_rewrite functionality.
