Comment:

 As I see it, "Quick Tags" is a pretty old tool intended to help users to
 quickly insert HTML tags. It still does its job, though we're at the end
 of 2015 and I guess we all would like to see some more modern tool
 introduced in its place. There's probably not so great value in trying to
 "refine" it.

 should surpress additional prompts
 the second one is necessary to insert the required alt attribute.

 Also, no activity or patches in 9 months. I'd propose to close this ticket
 if no objections.
