 It would be helpful if there were filters to modify the suggested
 constants and .htaccess message in network setup.

 For instance, I'd like to be able to include a switch statement to define
 `DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE` based on an environment variable. Similarly, I'd
 like to be able to disable the .htaccess message when WordPress is running
 on a Nginx / PHP-FPM setup.
