 These shortcuts are defined in the `wplink` plugin:
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.3.1/src/wp-
 includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wplink/plugin.js#L57. It needs updating
 similarly to the update for the shortcuts in the `wordpress` plugin.
