Comment:

 Screenshot to illustrate the issue: the link text (hidden with CSS) is set
 to the site name while the link destination is wp.org

 Worth noting this link is taken out from the tab order because it has a
 `tabindex="-1"` attribute but screen readers offer several ways to get to
 the link and activate it: arrows, shortcuts to jump through links, etc.
