 I tested 5.7 by upgrading MySQL from within the VVV VM, rather than a
 script, and checked query performance using Query Monitor. I'm as yet
 unsuccessful in getting a 5.0.x version of MySQL set up with MySQL sandbox
 so I've not yet tested that I'm afraid.
