 @ocean90  about: Select a default language" isn't translatable

 The label for the id="setup" form, to choose a language is/was also not
 translatable and I took the H1 text from this form.
 In this screen there is no language chosen yet, is there a use for a
 translation here, before a language is chosen?
 Not sure how to solve this.
