 New patch 34519.3.patch

 After discussion with @afercia:
 changed the H1 heading in

 {{{
 echo '<h1 class="screen-reader-text">' . __( 'Check secret keys' ) .
 '</h1>'
 }}}

 into an H2 to prevent a double H1 in repair.php
