 This feels premature. Does it mean that I can not have oEmbed provider
 without REST-API? What happens if I already have a wp-json directory on my
 server? There is no option I can see to control it so I am just going to
 have to hack the code to find the reason why my json/oembed do not work?
 What happens if I already have a wp-json site on my network?
