 Not sure what is causing this. To reproduce:
 - Insert an embeddable media in TinyMCE, for example:
 `http://playground.html5rocks.com/samples/html5_misc/chrome_japan.webm`
 - write something
 - press the "Undo" button or `Ctrl/Cmd+z`
 - the embed is fetched again
