 Replying to [comment:71 dovyp]:

 That should be on it's own ticket. But looking at
 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/core-customize/p1432589265000842 and
 this seems to be a wontfix. I think we should also revert that blue on
 hover since the Customizer isn't really "admin".
