 I did my best to test in all screens with List Tables and in different
 scren sizes. For the ones willing to test, here's the affected screens
 list:
 - Posts/Pages
 - Categories
 - Tags
 - Media Library (list mode)
 - (Link Manager, now a plugin)
 - Comments
 - Plugins
 - Users
 - Network Sites
 - Network Themes
 - Network Users
