Comment:

 I'm trying to make some tests for this, but
 `tests/qunit/editor/js/utils.js` needs some fixing. Some fixes have
 already been pushed upstream. Let's also keep it to lists first and maybe
 look at other things later. That pattern is certainly the most useful.
 Still needs some more tests.
