 Looking at the HTML in `about.php` it appears that the `.return-to-
 dashboard` has been wrongly inserted in the `.feature-section` in the
 first place. Attaching a new patch that moves `.return-to-dashboard` to
 the correct place, and also the `<hr>` is removed as unnecessary, because
 of the `.feature-section` bottom border.

 With this, the CSS modification that the previous patch was doing is not
 necessary.
