 Tested and confirmed with WP 4.3-alpha-32280-src and 31336.10.diff on
 Safari iOS 8.3 on iPhone 6. Steps to reproduce:

 1. Open the customizer on iPhone 6
 1. Try opening various panels
 1. Tap the "Change" button and preview any theme
 1. Try opening various panels again
