 * Updated to apply cleanly after several doc changes in [32611].
 * Several docs cleaned up somewhat to match the core docs guide.

 I've created #32504 to track progress on `WP_Network_Query`. While the
 patches for the two will likely overlap, there will be a time near commit
 where logistical separation will make sense.
