 The plugin list table in wp-admin is a bit strict. For instance, it would
 be impossible to create custom views like this:
 [[Image(https://cldup.com/Qt2BpELMbZ.png)]]

 In the example above, we use custom plugin statuses 'Updates
 Automatically' and 'Updates Manually'

 In order to support custom plugin statuses and lists, we need a few more
 filters in `wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugins-list-table.php`
