 [attachment:25408.8.diff] adds the same logic to `src/wp-admin/includes
 /class-wp-links-list-table.php`.

 Left:
  * decide how we want the filter(s) to exist in
 `WP_List_Table::get_primary_column_name()`.
  * dealing with `wp-admin/js/common.js` if we want to do that here (I
 wouldn't,since it has its own ticket).
