 DrewAPicture - Can you be more specific? I added a changelog item to
 `get_posts_by_author_sql()`. I didn't add the same thing to all functions
 that call `get_posts_by_author_sql()`, though I did update the param
 definitions. Please give guidance on how you want to handle this.
