 Thinking some information could be added in an aria-describedby attribute
 ''on the table'' itself:
 `<table aria-describedby="table-desc" ... `
 that would be read out just one time when entering the table, similarly to
 the old, now discouraged, [http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/obsolete.html#attr-
 table-summary summary attribute].
