 This link: http://screencloud.net/v/E38Q is very wierd.

 Regardless of whether or not the importer is installed it takes you to the
 import page which lists all imports.

 If we're going to leave it on the "import" page, which is kinda wierd
 since it's not really an importer, if the tool isn't installed it should
 directly open the plugin install window, and if it is installed it should
 go directly to the tool.
