 Hello aymanalzarrad, thanks for your report.

 This is because of a bug in WordPress 4.1 which prevents passing the
 'version' and 'locale' POST vars through the Core Update FTP credentials
 form, see [31527]. We made an API change so users can update anyway, see
 [comment:ticket:31378:7], with the side effect that you get two update
 butons.
