 Thanks for the report, vseow.

 It sounds like your update to 4.2.2 didn't complete for some reason. This
 happens very rarely. Can you try the update again? You can do this from
 the Dashboard -> Updates screen, where there's a Reinstall WordPress
 button.

 Let us know if this fixes the problem.
