 I wondered for quite some time why there's no bulk edit and quick edit
 functionality on the user list table.

 This would let you quickly change the name, role and contact info of one
 or more users. Plugins could hook into that so you could edit a custom
 user meta, just like on the post list table.

 If it sounds useful, I am more than happy to work on this. Either by
 providing a patch or by creating a feature plugin first.
