 * "List of Files Revised" should include the file "wp-
 admin/includes/file.php"(modified on [32324]).
 * "Summary" should include the bug fixed on [32324] (#32135).

 I guess this problem has been occured by:
 The changeset declaring a new branch (like [32300] on 4.2.1) was not exist
 on 4.2.2.

 "list of changes" is linked to the log "starting at [32418] and back to
 [32324]",
 so the "View Changes" button don't show [32324] itself. [[BR]]
 (Viewing the first changes of the branch is not so easy).
