 We were very happy using Simple Subscriber UNTILL we updated to Wordpress
 4.2.1. Previously we were using WordPress release 4.2. Now we can no
 longer see requests to subscribe to our blog site, "LightlyTethered.com"
 This is an ENORMOUS problem for us.  We are a young site and are trying to
 build our subscriber base.  What is going on?
