Comment:

 This something we'll have to deal with before looking into ajax
 updating/saving for the editor. But this is a very annoying issue
 regardless. It's not a very good UX if you come back to your post the next
 day, make some edits, hit save and then see "Are you sure you want to do
 this?" and panic.
