 I've added patch [attachment:31233.16.diff] which combines some of the
 changes from the recent patches and expands on them. As well, I've
 attached screenshots for various browsers and devices. I tested in Chrome,
 Firefox, Safari, & Opera on OSX and IE 8-10 on Windows 8, and iPad 4 &
 iPhone 5. Unless there is something that's broken, I don't feel this patch
 should be iterated on. We are getting way to close to 4.2 to be making
 anymore adjustments. Please test and respond with your findings so we can
 get this in the Core. Cheers!
