 Thanks for the report and initial patch @vaurdan.

 Was this something you found in the current trunk version or in 4.2 beta1?

 This Is something that we will need unit tests for. `wpautop` can be a bit
 of a beast, so making sure that it has automated tests needs to be a high
 priority.
