#31688: The Ability to Align oEmbedded Content

Unlike images, you can't easily align oEmbeded content in WordPress. When
clicking the Pencil icon to edit the content, there's no option to change
 its alignment.

While there is a plugin that adds oEmbed styling
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/oembed-styling/], I think it's something
that should be a core behavior. At the very least, core should provide a
set of oEmbed CSS Classes that themes can adopt to allow users to control
the alignment within the post editor.

One example is Slideshare. When I copy and paste a Slideshare link into
the Visual editor, it aligns it to the left. When I click on the Pencil
icon to edit the content, the only things I can manipulate is the URL and
 Maximum width/Maximum Height.

I searched the WordPress.org support forums to see how popular of a
request this is and most of the responses are from 5 years ago before
oEmbed was added to WordPress. I also searched Trac to see if a ticket
requesting this had already been filed and came up empty.
