 Patch [attachment:31233.6.diff] fixes FireFox. I also tested IE 8 in WinXP
 & IE 10 in Win8 and everything looks good. The issue with Opera is that
 the dashicon's vertical alignment seems to be pushed past the top of the
 element and none of the alternative attribute values will fix the issue.
 Not sure if we even support Opera or not, if we don't then I believe this
 is done.
