 Hiding all modules in Appearance > Menus—using the Screen Options at the
 top—leaves a giant blank column on the left, rendering the UI unusable.

 Suggestion:
 Either prevent all modules from being hidden or add a message (when all
 are hidden) saying that modules have been hidden but can be added again in
 Screen Options.
