 Please consider color contrast ratio should be at least 4.5:1. In the
 accessibility team we discussed a while ago the contrast issue, noticed
 there are several other places in the admin that need some love (most
 notably: primary buttons, TinyMCE buttons, login screen links and "orange"
 things) but decided to postpone for now. So it's not a priority at the
 moment but since you're working on primary buttons, maybe it would be a
 nice opportunity :)
