 I think a lot of people both here and in #15058 would love to see an
 increase to 255 chars. The patch I wrote still works, just needs to update
 the function name to upgrade_430().

 Seeing as there was a huge schema change in 4.2 (switching to utf8mb4),
 this is an incredibly minor tweak in comparison.
